I have an RMA number for a cpu cooler i recieved with missing parts. I know i have to display the RMA number on both sides of the box i am sending the product back in, but is that all i have to do? do i have to put a description inside the packaging saying wats wrong with the product, and do i also i have to put my name and address in it???

because it has missing parts i would just put a small note in explaining why you have sent it back incase they dont catch on. you dont have to put your name and address in as they will have the details stored on their system

As mentioned include the RMA number on the package.

Inside the package have the RMA, the problem and your details noted (I always use scotch tape to tape the note to the items packagaing).

I'll have to close this though i'm afraid as it's RMA related.
