over the years i have never had to do this with all the great gear i have had from overclockers but after getting my Razer IAS Barracuda AC-1 Gaming 7.1 Sound Card + Barracuda HP-1 Gaming Headset - Bundle it all worked perfect for about an hour then the right channels became corrupt as it turns out after fault finding it is the soundcard at fault.
Anyway i have contacted ocuk via the weblink support etc and have recieved an email back stating it will be looked into
But i was just wondering how does it work etc? treat me like a noob
do i send the stuff back or is it all arranged via ocuk lol?
