hi Guys,

over the years i have never had to do this with all the great gear i have had from overclockers but after getting my Razer IAS Barracuda AC-1 Gaming 7.1 Sound Card + Barracuda HP-1 Gaming Headset - Bundle it all worked perfect for about an hour then the right channels became corrupt as it turns out after fault finding it is the soundcard at fault.

Anyway i have contacted ocuk via the weblink support etc and have recieved an email back stating it will be looked into:)

But i was just wondering how does it work etc? treat me like a noob ;)

do i send the stuff back or is it all arranged via ocuk lol?

rma'ing is like pulling teeth,

painful long drawn out process that can end in a flash

was sent a dicky mobo(ds3r) out which turned out to be someone elses rma that had been returned(thanks ocuk for checking before shipping) which I had to return via rma took royal fail 6 days to deliver to ocuk on special delivery (thanks a bunch useless gits) then ocuk managed to loose it for 24 hours

But to their credit (mainly the lovely Tom in the rma dept ) it was all sorted after a week of hair pulling and after speaking to Tom I had a new mobo on my doorstep before 9am the next morning along with some free thermal past :) cheers Tom if your reading this )

My advice is Dont entrust your rma to those uselsss monkeys at Royal Mail and mark the box with your RMA in with something along the lines of Caution contains hardcore pornography to get the warehouse staffs attention (certainly wouldnt be left in a corner then :)
