RMA

Im just wandering how long an RMA takes with overclockers? I sent my damaged monitor back on the Jan 4th and they received it on the 5th, (Still says its undelivered on my OC account) First time i have sent something back unsure if it should take this long...

Spent 15mins on hold to them and it rinsed my credit, the guy on the webnote didnt have a clue either

Normally two or three weeks but they say it could be up to 28 days. i had an RMA that said they had not received it. i called and they had received it and where about to dispatch it. sometimes they get behind on updating its status. Give technical a ring, they are very helpful.
