As title really.

What are companies giving you in return?
The latest 30 card equivalent or do they have a stock of 20a set aside for this?

Thx

Most of the slightly older card I've sent in has been replaced with refurbished (repaired/returned used).

I think they probably have a broken hardware pile and some guy repairing the hardware, everything that can be fixed are placed on the repaired pile waiting for RMA requests.

The only time I've gotten a better card through RMA was sending a card that was over 4 years old (warranty 5 years). They replaced it with a newer version that was 2 years old, (not the newest version)

Or if they have no replacement you might just be offered a refund (original price, possibly with a deduction for rescission). Not a great solution in today's times!

wondering what i'm going to get back from Asus on an RMA of a Strix Vega64.

something tells me there aren't a whole pile of repairable Vega cards to send back - given the slipshod job they did in creating the cards in the first place...
