RMAing Corsair memory question

Hi

I have a failing stick of corsair TWIN2X2048-5400C4 matched pair memory.

I have run memtest on each stick. One stick fails in all four memory slots, the other stick passess all tests in all four memory slots.

I need to RMA but the memory is over 12 months old. Can I RMA to ****** or do I have to send it to Corsair?

Also - do I send back both sticks or just the failing one?
