Sorry I couldn't see a suitable forum to post this in. I recieved this e-mail from support stating "An RMA number has been processed and an email sent to your account" but I dont have an email from them (nor in spam folder)
what worries me is this "Please follow the instructions carefully and failing to comply with the conditions will result in a charge being occured and the product returned"
should I expect the email in future or has something gone wrong?
