RMA's moving forward?

I started an RMA yesterday and I want to know how things will work now we are on lock down.

There is no way i can get the item back to you in the next 3 weeks.
I was told even with that way things are I have Xdays to get it back to you.

Could OcUK let us know how we will be moving forward with the update as of last night.
 
It might be worth you posting this in the 'customer service' section. I did this and was replied and helped very quickly.
 
There is a notice in the 'latest news' section of forum (I did'nt see it at first today either).

As there is a lot of confusion with government statement, OcUK is unaffected as we are an online business and as such can keep operating.

So as per usual our website is taking orders and DPD is collecting from us daily and making deliveries.

So order in confidence and stay healthy people! :)

Our walk in store for collections however is closed!

Everything else is operational we’re still taking and shipping orders, building PCs, handling RMAs etc."
 
also then depends on parts being RMA's if has to go for repair . Mobo's and PSUs are repaired in German or likes of seasonic issued replacements from there . things may take a little more time then Norm...
 
Last I heard ocuk are selling so much stuff it's like Xmas sales
But without the extra staff
Things are still OK but may take a little
Longer than usual due to that
Of course it's a fluid situation so may worsen depending on couriers, government etc
