Road Angel Compact!

Does anybody on this forum have the Road Angel Compact device? I got one for xmas from my gf but i am having all sorts of trouble tyring to synchronise the two together! Everytime i press the button to do this is comes up with error 0.

Error 0 means not enough power going to the unit via usb, my parents had the same trouble when they were trying to plug it into a hub. It has to go into the main usb port.

a lot of people have said this but this is plugged into the main port of the usb in the back of the computer. Blackspot have so far been non helpful as they do not know what the issue is either. But i know a lot of people are also having the same issue as me.

It may be a case of another usb device drawing too much power. When i plugged a usb based adsl modem in alongside the roadangel, it came up with the error. Only worked with another low consumption device plugged in at the same time, or none at all.
