Road Bike

Looking for a road bike around the £700-800 mark to do 40 miles daily. BT'WIN have the Alur 700 coming out in March which appeals to me? Any suggestions or alternatives?

If you want a great bike for below your budget then the BTwin Triban bikes all represent about the best value you can get.

I like that, especially the disc brakes on a road bike. I've never seen that before.

A normal road bike still won't come with disc brakes yet as they aren't UCI legal so manufacturers just don't make them.
