Fair enough, up north it may be bad, but in the vast majority of places the snow on the road rarely goes above 2 inches. It is still more than enough to cause chaos on summer tyres, it would hardly be noticed on winter ones.Yes because im going to go and spend £200 for tyres/wheels that would only probably see about 50 miles use?

not really, you can use them from September till March, they will be much better than summer tyres when it's just below zero outside and there won't be any comparrison on ice and snow.


showing on my grilfriend's car and it wasn't happy starting I think the diesel may have gelled up. I now have to clear out the other side of the garage so I can get it in it although I don't know how much this will help as my car is in it and showing -8c.
