Robin Hood Trailer - BBC

Yeah the trailer is looking good. Hope this is a good series. They only two things so far worth their license fee is Doctor Who and Spooks. Hope this is the third!

Saw an interview with the cast on NewsRound and it looked pretty childish - but I'll watch and save my true opinion for after I've seen it :)

Says the one watching Newsround. ;)

By all accounts, it's aimed at the same viewer range as Doctor Who, so it's not an out and out adult drama if that's what anyone is expecting.

According to those on the Chris Moyles show, it's actually fantastic as they got to see it in advance.

Normally if something really is crap or poor and produced by the BBC it wouldn't matter to them and they would say it was crap. So if they liked it so much then I have high hopes.

As far as they said, you have to watch it to understand it's style and like some of you's have said it looks childish but it will all fall into place.

I'll watch it anyhow to make up my own mind though.

Skinny, chavy Robin, ugly Marian, merry men with heavy accents of dumbo crew at village disco. Is that supposed to bring the story to level of today's teenagers or...

I know - lets all form a full opinion on a program from a series of 3 30-60 second trailers at least one of which doesn't show any "from the program" action.
Yer - sounds like a plan.

OK - Robin Hood is crap.
I cannot believe how rubbish it is, yet again another program that makes me feel that the license fee should be abolished and the people at the BBC should be tortured to within an inch of their lives.
The sets looked cheap, the acting was dire....

Alternatively we could all wait and see?

I knew that would come up - but the next post....impressive ;)
I was gonna try and squirm out of it, but let's face it, NewsRound is more interesting than the evening news...they have more fluffy animals in it.
