Roblox gift card missing letter :sad:

I got my son a Roblox gift card for his birthday and he scratched off the letters along with the code covering, the little blighter.

Please place your bets on what the second letter here is, as I can't decipher it and I've tried everything I can see it as. C, B, S, G, O, 0, J, D, U.

My guess it would be B as in its shorted for RoBlox

My guess anyway. As above contact company maybe find an email adress to Send them the picture and see what they can do

I will try all suggestions tomorrow, thanks. The thought of trying to convince a customer service person I'm not trying it on fills me with dread, but I might have to try.

Numbers...never actually thought of that as the rest are almost all letters.

You've missed D, Q and U. Q might be a bit of a stretch though. Then numbers 3, 5, 6, 8, 9, 0.

Also, the first letter is definitely an R, but the third might be a few things, so annoyingly you may have already got the second character correct.

Get this with customers over scratching the 4 number ‘pin’ on scratchcards.

As I know the shape of the numbers - I guess them 99% of the time.

Even colleagues tannoy me for go to the kiosk to decipher the number

Every so often it blocks you out for a while and yes as far as I can tell, one single letter.

There is another slightly ambiguous one but I'm pretty sure it's an F.
