Robocopy

Im in the process of moving a shared folder of the server into a NAS box.

Is the best command
robocopy drive:\currentfoldername newdrive:\newfolder name /MIR

or robocopy drive:\currentfoldername newdrive:\newfolder name /e /copyATO /dcopy:T ?

Or are they both effectively the same commands
