Roccat KAVE 5.1 Microphone Issues

I bought the roccat kave 5.1 and am using it in teamspeak 3 and my friends are complaing of a very loud fuzzy noise, When I am looking at it in the recording panel it is shown as VIA high definition audio? and when I talk the little bar dosent move a lot, unless I put a mic boost one which makes it worse. Has anyone got this microphone and could help me/

Do you have a soundcard or are you using audio from your motherboard?

ensure that the mic is pressed into the side of the speaker I had that issue and realised that I have not pressed the mic in hard enough

I am using the audio from the motherboard asus m5a78l-m/usb3

like I said make sure that the mic is connected to the headset correctly

Yes microphone is correctly into the side of the headset. Tryed recording another clip in audacity and it sounded the same.

1. Ensure that all leads are correctly inserted into the sound card
2. Update to latest sound card drivers
3. Try different recording software
4. Try a different sound card

You really need to start eliminating factors.
