Roccat Kone+ buttons not responding

I recently bought a roccat kone+ mouse and its been fine for the past week r so, but tonight ive turned my computer on, and the buttons just dont respond the cursor moves fine but the buttons just dont work at all none of them, ive tried restarting and even putting the mouse in a different usb port and nothing still the same, am i overlooking something or is it just broke

Does not sound good, have You tried the mouse in another system.

I think a RMA may be needed

Not got another system to try it in at the min, having to use my old razer which is working fine
