I have been using my Kone for about a month now and have been amazingly satisfied until now. The mouse has started to move my cursor when the mouse is still. It varies between small, smooth movements to huge, violent jerks across screen. I'm fairly confident that this is due to dust on the laser, but I have blown the laser out as recommended on their site and recalibrated after. This did not fix the problem.
Any ideas how I can clean the laser?
There's the base of the mouse, the laser is in the small hole.
If cleaning the laser doesn't fix this problem I think I will have to RMA, as the movements made make the mouse simply uncontrollable even on desktop, never mind in FPS games.
