roccat kone xtd firefox issue

just purchased a new mouse, roccat kone xtd, but it seems my forward button works using firefox, but the back button doesnt work, anyone have a clue to a fix for this? iv been on the mouse settings, and it is bound to the IE Backward setting, so id assume it would work out the box?

seems several restarts have now fixed it, strange lol

i also had to add a few of the processes in my microsoft security essentials, if anyone needs to know which ones i will post them up

I like my Kone but the software sucks, its a mouse ffs and should require a 2:2 in software engineering for it to work.
