win7 64 system
installed this mouse on my system and it said installed so i clicked done but installshield would not close out of toolbar.
every boot thereafter the konextdmonitor.exe crashes so i cannot configure the mouse..
i tried uninstalling and it won't let me something to do with ikernel.exe.
failing to get this sorted and after talking to roccat getting nowhere i decided to format and start again. well guess what it done it again. all i had installed on fresh windows were the motherboard drivers.
has anybody had this kind of thing happen before?
tomorrow i will try installing the software on a friends pc and see what happens
