Hi,

Has anyone else had issues with Roccat?

I have the ROCCAT Vulcan 120 AIMO RGB USB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard Titan Switches UK Layout

and the 'h' key is unreliable, I registered the product, etc after purchase, but after about 14 months
the key started to not work consistently.

I logged a support query with roccat about 6 weeks ago, there is no way to trace the query, and have had no word. any idea's ? as to be honest I like the Keyboard, but its a bit annoying having the constantly check if the h registered. It's wierd it will not work about 2 times out of 30 presses,
and funny enough never failed while typing this.
