Roccat Swarm :(

I know the software is a pile of**** but has anyone got this running properly?
Updated a few days ago as it said there was an update,it all went south from there
The mouse works,all buttons seem to work but the swarm window will not open.keeps closing in a split second
Have uninstalled MANY TIMES,deleted all folders,used a 3rd party shredder
Nothing will get this working on my gaming pc W7

I will add that on 2 other pcs (W10 and W7)it installs and runs
All pcs are 64 bit
I have tried all I could find on the net to fix this pc and have failed
Any ideas guys?

If it works on other computers and not this one then the issue is related to that PC. It could be clashing with software that's running there and not on the others or there could be a problem with that PC.

To troubleshoot, I would try these to start with:

1- Check the event logs for possible related events when you install it, when you log in and when you try to start the software.
2- start a command prompt as administrator and run sfc /scannow to look for any issues relating to the system files
3- Create a new user account (make sure it's an administrator) and test the software there. This will test if the issue is tied to your Windows user profile.

I actually got this working a few days ago
Dunno what I did in the end as I UN-installed and reinstalled a LOT of times
All working as it should.....until the next update I expect
