Best place to get a cheap drum set and guitar for 360?

Never got round to getting Green Day: Rock Band, and after seeing them play at Reading I'd like to check it out

However, do I need to buy it new if I want the ability to export the songs to Rock Band 3?

Yes, you'll need a new copy according to this

Shop around and find it as cheap as possible since it'll cost you an extra 800MSP/£7 quid on top to export.

Also their songs are tough as hell (then again I suck at punk drum beats )
