Hi there, I'm hoping their's some rocketdock users on this forum as I've used this program for years with no problem but over last few months I've noticed that it always appears on top of other windows and it's annoying when I'm browsing the web with google chrome maximised. It does this in IE too.

It never used to do this and I know there's an option in the options where you can choose "always on top", "normal" or "always on bottom" and I've tried the latter two options and it still doesnt work and I've tried going back to older versions and it still doesn't work.

So I either need to find a fix for this problem or try and find an alternative to rocketdock?

Do you know of a fix for rocketdock please?

Thanks in advance.

I think its in settings under posison

That setting in rocketdock doesn't work mate, it's broken, I think the people that programmed it broke the code for that setting.

I searched online and found objectdock and installed that, I have it all setup how I want it but it does the same thing? When I have IE or Google Chrome or any window of any kind maximised when I drag mouse to top of screen the dock will show over the window.

I want it so it only behaves that way when I'm on the desktop because otherwise when you're browsing the web it gets annoying as I usually have dozens of tabs open at once within my google chrome explorer. so when I move through the tabs with my mouse cursor it detects my mouse cursor near the top of the screens and shows the docklet.

It never used to do this with rocketdock, I was hoping if I installed a new one such as objectdock which is made by a different company/software developer that this problem wouldn't occur but it's the same with either program.
