I got San Andreas this morning but I can't get it working properly with my 360 controller.

There's an app called San Andreas Advanced Control that apparently solves the controller issues but it doesn't seem to work in vista x64 :(
 
GTA III works fine under Vista x64, though still suffers from the USB controller problem (dude just spins around when my Logitech G25 is hooked up).

Only game I've managed to get downloaded so far!
 
anyone know a program to set the key layout for san andreas onto a 360 pad?
I tried one called SAAC, but it doesnt seem to run under vista 64 even with Visual Basic 6 installed..
 
anyone got a list of the control setups for the xbox/360 for these games? Im trying to set my controller up properly.

Also, is there any way to get it to recognise the right stick?
 
Was tempted by Manhunt, not played it for ages, and for that price, thought "why not"

Then I clicked on it, saw the system requirements, and I've bolded the part that's now put me off

Oh well.

I do have the original disk packed away in a box somewhere if I really wanted to try it... though I assume this won't work in Vista.
Glad I checked now, I thought Steam patched their older titles to work in Vista for some reason. lol I'll be sure to double check in the future.

owell looks like i wont be buying this after all i was tempted by manhunt tbh but as it wont work not much point :( shame
 
I was humming and arring wether to get this or not but since I had most of the gta games when I had a ps2 I'd rather spend the money on something new.
 
I just bought the Max Payne double pack.

I already have them both somewhere and played through both multiple times, might aswell have another crack before the movie comes out.
 
Well GTA1 doesn't work.

XP Pro SP2, 8800GT.

Crashes with a blank screen every time, even with a run of GTAFixer each time.

Yep, same here.... well, I'm on cable not ADSL, but bought the same games and getting the same download speed :)

edit: in fact it's flying along at 950kb/s now! Wonder how much of my daily NTL cap I've got left.
