Just a friendly headsup

Check your RSC account I had mine hacked I know several other people who had it hacked as well the Rockstar protection is weak it takes a while to recover the account as well because RSC support is based in NY it seems.

It's got lock out on a handful of attempts then also requires a captcha as well as username/password.

It's not THAT weak to be fair, more likely people using weak passwords or account sharing and not wanting to admit it.

Not sure that it had anything with our Password, mine was pretty good Capital and Numbers and still somehow they got in. I got an e-mail stating that my Rockstar mail was changed to: [email protected]

Only game account I have EVER had Hacked so I would say yeah, weak from their side.

I was lucky to recover it straight away as I got the e-mail and saw it which allowed me to get in and change password and e-mail address. Whilst I done that they kept trying as I got e-mails about password reset requests and what not. Previous I got nothing, just 1 e-mail that stated that my details were changed so they did get in somehow and pretty fast without triggering the multiple attempts, not to mention that my password wasn't even a word... I can only imagine that they got hold of user details from their side.

Same as me got an email saying I had changed my email..........!! Now I have a stronger password but still do not expect it to last long someone clearly has access to their internal systems most people probably do not notice the warning email either!
