I did a firmware update from MCM104 to MCM109 and now I have hardly any settings available in OSD, all greyed out. I've tried reinstalling and dropping down to MCM108

Has it switch to sRGB mode? this locks quite a lot of settings on most monitors. If its anything like my monitor put it back to user or manual and you'll get your R G B sliders back and everything else.
