Rog Spatha Armoury error

Has anyone had an error with rog spatha armoury software, mine wont start up. I just get the error message `ROG Armoury has stopped working` and i have no option but close the program.

I have uninstalled it, deleted folders left behind, tried an older version to see if any joy but no.

Help lol ?

tried running as admin, even tried compatibility mode but no go?

That's an older issue people were having when it first released.

Have you updated the mouse to the latest firmware?

Thanks, the software did install firmware updates to both the receiver and the mouse, i will look at the link and see if anything can help.

thats the same link i get the software from and it just wont load, ive had the mouse for a month or two now.

end of august i got mine and all been fine until now, i wonder if a windows update or something has caused the error.

Hi Atomic,

Apologies you are having issues. That does seem a bit odd, is the program open but not showing on the screen. Also are you running Windows 10?

Thanks for the response

i launch the program and then get a black splash screen and then a message to say the program stopped working.

I am indeed on windows 10 X64

ok this is strange, just taken my nvidia 1080 out for an rma as occasionally it black screens and then stops the system from booting up.
Put an older gpu back in and started pc up and the armoury software is working again?

and this morning its not loading again with the same error.....

i can now replicate this and it seems to be msi afterburner latest full release and armoury are not playing well together.
When i close afterburner armoury loads just fine.
