Rog Strix X570E Front Panel Connectors help

Hi, This motherboards manual doesn't clarify the polarity of the 'Power button and Reset switch' regards the front panel connectors. The first row of HDD/PWR leds are marked on the board but not the second row. Before I fit a vertical gpu I'm hoping someone could help with clarification. Thanks

If it's top row of pins
Writing on plug faces upwards
Bottom row writing
Faces downwards
Easy to test before putting the gpu in

Thanks for your reply. The hdd led and power led above it on the first row both have the + to the left. That info is on the motherboard. it's then 'power switch ' on the top of the second row with the 'reset switch' below. The vertical gpu is going in a loop so I need to know before proceeding. I've always found the manual and motherboard to have this info stated in the past.

Either way around
As just momentary switches
Bridging the gap
Between 2 pins
Should still be able to test that
Though before even
Installing your loop as even
With no cpu in
It should show signs of life
Like fans spinning or
Motherboard leds lighting
