i enjoyws Karl Urban's Judge Dread film, i felt it was better than the original in different ways, more grittier and darker.

The original? With Stallone and Rob Schneider? That was a complete joke.

as a kids action movie it was good fun, and introduction to the francise, it was Stallone selling it with his fame.

Karls movie much better and executed, i felt, less of a kids actionflic (that said i do need to re watch Stalons move and Karls Dread for better comparrision instead of memory).
