Rogue Trooper

the graphcs aren't anything special but the game itself is pretty fun to play, quite a decent story , makes a change from quite a few of the new games out there :)

I absolutely love it myself, but I was a big fan of the Rogue trooper comics so I am a little biased.

They did the character and the story justice in my opinion.

The team mate AI can get a tiny bit annoying but there ain't many bits with team mates

I think its one of the most enjoyable games I have played for a while.
I am also a bit biased, being a fan of the original comic, but the game does the source material proud.
Good 3rd person shooter, with some nice touches.

I picked this up on the cheap over the weekend. I don't know anything about the source material but based on the user reviews I've seen around the 'net I'm hoping it's a worthwhile purchase. As soon as I've finished Sin I'll give this a whirl...

It's not going to win any "Game of the month" awards, but its fun and has some nice wee touches.

It manages to bring across the feel of Rogue Trooper from the comic very well indeed, more so than the previous efforts with the awful Judge Dredd games.

I enjoyed it hugely. Even though the graphics aren't anything fancy, I couldn't stop playing it, completed it in a week or so.

It even stopped me playing Oblivion till I finished it, so thats gotta say something!!!. A refreshing change of pace, challenging but not overly difficult.

In all, one of the best little games I've played in ages. A bit of an underrated "sleeper" you might say.

Just picked this up, most enjoyable. I too was a big fan as a kid and I think the game has done it justice. Bit on the short side though, I want MORE!

Yes, I want more too.
How about we bombard Rebellion with emails demanding a follow up and tell them to pull their finger out and make good use of all the other 2000AD licences they have.

yeah it's a shame it's so short, although for once I am actually tempted to play through the game again on the unlocked setting... I just love taking the Norts out with tank shots, I don't think I'll ever tire of that! :D

Yes, if your acurate with the sniper scope, you can just pop one in the respirator tube and watch them run around desperately trying to patch it, then one more in the tank for the explosive finale.

Great attention to detail :D

Has anyone got this game? Its cheap on some sites and i heard it was a pretty decent game. Any comments would be appreciated...

I got it on release a short while ago, At the time I started a game just to see how it felt, It was okay but I haven't got back to playing it again yet.

When I tried it out I got my first trading card as usual so I bought the other trading cards to get a full set to see what background I got, I was lucky and got the rare one called Flame but it's not much to look at so I put it on the Steam Market for around £20. Fast forward a month or so and today I saw £17 in my Steam account which is what my cut of the background would be meaning it sold and the game paid for itself :D It's the second time I've sold a background like that, I have a lot of them and one day I was going through them on the market to see what value they had, as I'm sure you all know 99% of them are only worth pennies but one was being sold for over 30 pounds, I thought the fella was having a laugh so I decided to undercut him and put mine up for something like £27, it sold within 24 hours.
