I use a Roku Express because my TV lacks a lot of the on demand content, over the past 18 months I've had to have my express replaced 3 times.
First time the remote buttons became unresponsive, the second time the WiFi failed completely and today, although the WiFi would connect, nothing would work.
The replacement is fine, but why are they so unreliable and why is it impossible to contact Roku directly? Each time I've had to go through the retailer (ASDA) to get it replaced.
