Roll out an IE fav to all users

Does anyone know of a way of doing this?

Say google.co.uk for instance. I want it to appear in all users favourties when they open IE.

I'm guessing GPO. If it's any help, using Windows Server 2008

certainly under 2003 gpo you do this and i don't see 2008 being any different, should be an option for IE maintenance under user config and you can add the url
