Rolling back IE

I upgraded to the IE7 beta but it's been causing problems with other programs and generally doesn't seem to be as responsive as before. Any way I can roll back to version 6? I actually use FF most of the time but unfortunately some things rely on IE like outlook express and MSN messenger.

add/remove programmes, show updates checked, and it should about the bottom of the list
