Well, myself and my much better half had a nice week off work. We both decided on a few places we wanted to visit with our new camera gear, and here for your viewing (dis)pleasure are some of the pics we have gone through and edited/tidied/massacred etc.

As per usual, comments and critique are always appreciated - the lady herself will be posting below with her images, and I'm sure they will be more popular than mine, which involves a round of abuse when she says "I'm the best, I'm the best". Sigh, emotional abuse is the worst, no bruises to show!

So, here are my snaps, see what you think ................. in the gallery.

Hello

Don't listen to him about emotional abuse. He is just going for the sympathy vote He He!!

My snaps were taken at Fyrish Monument with my new Nikon D50 and Sigma 10-20mm wideangle lens. The butterfly was taken with a 70-300mm APO DG.
The camera only arrived on Monday so I'm still experimenting, any comments would be appreciated.

Thanks
