Rollover change image for text in CSS

Morning all,

my page is

I would like when someone rolls over one of the images of the riders it is replaced by a text box in the same place with a brief write up about them, I know how to do image rollovers but struggling with changing from image to text.

Any help appreciated, currently searching google for a solution.
