ROME TW WON'T UNINSTALL - help!!!

Ok, I 'uninstalled' using windows in the conventional manner, that went to install, inserted the disc and the options were 'play' and 'uninstall' no mention of 'install'.

Prior to this on the add/remove panel, at the bottom there was an entry for RTW but no file size. So i used revo uninstaller pro, that removed the entry, but did not improve the situation.

I've deleted files and folders and 'cleaned up registry' etc - still get it RTW to install.

CurrentVersion all one word

might exist or

LOCAL_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\
Creative Assembly

I dont have it installed but thats my best guess

Other than that what you can do is use process monitor
switch to reg only mode and insert the disc and see which keys it is accessing

ive downloaded process monitor.

where's reg only mode?

I will add at this point that before i went down the revo uninstaller route i kept getting an error message along the lines of 'not enough room'

just make sure only the reg icon button is de-pressed

and process monitor crashes after a while with an 'out of memory' error
