Which is against the rules.......

I swear this guy is the most pathetic attention whore ive ever come across. Complains about doing interviews, then always has to do something to get himself in the headlines. Anyone remember the "might be retiring" bs from a few years back and then start of next season he was back playing away.

I take it he'll get the usual slap on the wrist since the snooker board seem to be scared to do anything that might drive him away from the game...

I find him incredibly boring these days, he's good to watch but he always seems to do something retarded to get the spotlight on him, and then later claim he hates all the attention. Sad git.

I'm a huge fan of O'Sullivan, think hes an amazing player but watching that video I am disgusted. Wasn't entirely sure what he said cos of the quiet video and also he was mumbling but I think he said something to the journalist suggesting to suck his **** which I find very disrespectful and inapproriate. I knew he was an attention whore but this really does take the pee.

I seen a transcript it in one of the papers the other day, one of the comments was something like "how many ****** questions does he have", or he's asking the longest ****** question in the world..just becuase of the chinese to english translation.

Complete arse.

Snooker board need to grow a set and hit him with a heavy fine plus a suspension. This ahole just think he can do whatever he wants and get away with it.

Grow up guys dont be a sheep to the media. What a gross overreaction by the media. yes he made a mistake and probably shouldnt have done it but its not the end of the world! He had a bad day, he did a silly thing - it was a damn joke. At any rate what was so so bad? In reference to the size of of the object he was talking about the microphone not his actual penis - now the press wouldnt get the wrong end of the stick to whip up the hype would they!? People complain about there being no sportsmen with any 'colour' like years ago, bu tthen when one pops up like Ronnie - everyone winges.

I found it quite funny, at the end of the day it's just journalists, it's not like he's slagging fans or anything off.

He was full of respect for Marco Fu so no problems there, it was just with the media and possibly the snooker governing body who might slap his wrists or something but it isn't a big deal.

At least he turned up to this one :p

"Just journalists"
They make you or break you and how people perceive you.

He's a tool, a real talent with a cue, possibly the most talented person to ever pick one up, but he never had the right attitude. In comparison to people like Higgins his attitude is all wrong. What does it take to answer a few questions? Not a lot.

Yeah, he's a tool, and yeah he shouldn't have done it, but personally I don't think Ronnie gives a flying fart what journalists want to write about him, or how people might perceive him, and I don't think he cares much about press conferences either, but it's not like he's fixed matches or taken drugs or anything, he just told a journalist to 'suck my ****'!

He'll get a telling off (maybe a fine too) and he might lose a few fans who want to jump on the bandwagon, but not me, the next time he's on the TV I'll be watching for the simple fact that you just don't know what he's going to next.

Someone earlier said that Ronnie brings a bit of colour to the game and I agree with that 100% and I imagine that many people on the snooker governing body agree too. The day he crosses the line and does something that's just totally unforgivable, like fixing matches or whatever, then I'll stop supporting him.

The media may want to try and sink Ronnie, but they can't do anything about him being able to beat any player on the planet when he's up for it, and Ronnie knows that, thats why he doesn't give a toss.
