Roof lining catching when roof is raised

Wondering if anyone can help with any ideas as to the cause

Car is a MY10 5.0 Jaguar XKR convertible, sometimes when the roof is raised the lining catches on the mechanism, it happens on both sides though more often on the drivers side

I cannot see what it wrong, somehow it just gets caught behind the plastic plate

Maybe a calibration thing?

Oooo, I assume that is a main dealer job, I did ask them about the problem and the hadn't a clue
