Rookie needing help

okay so im completely new to this and i need help.
im looking for either a build your own or even a built one already.
im a small youtuber in need of a new console and what i need this to do is render videos quickly on programs like vegas pro, and be able to use software such as elgato game capture, camtasia and photoshop.
The only game i really wish to run is minecraft so preferably that to.
basically i really am looking for an editing PC that can render quickly.
i have never built a pc before so i have no idea.
my price range is low thats the problem, no more than £500 and lower if possible aha .
i would really appreciate some help and thankyou.

Yep that includes everything The motherboard comes with a manual which tells you how to click everything into position basically. Its no harder than a jigsaw

Its easily upgradable, if you went for the same PSU but the 500W version then you could add both an i5 chip and a 7950 (or equivalent).

That's a nice setup, I'd roll with that, with the exception of a more powerful PSU, like a Seasonic M12II, Antec High Current Gamer 520W, a Corsair CX600M, a Seasonic G-550, or anything better (£65-£75).

Possible upgrades are, a i5-3570K, i7-2700K, or i7-3770K.
a HD7850 (CX500 or better PSU) or a HD7950 (CX600 or better PSU).
a CPU cooler for overclocking (£30 will do).
and a SSD 128GB or SSD 256GB.
