As I said earlier, I haven't really seen it in good quality yet, but obviously he meant to kick it with his foot, so if it hit his shin then it means that his co-ordination was a bit off and he got lucky that it still went it. Still a great goal though.

Yep it's technically a miss kick and could have gone anywhere unless he intended all along to shin it (which I doubt).

Yep, he spends all that time on the training pitch developing "life skills". Obviously if he'd stayed at Everton he'd now be a softly spoken paragon of virtue.

When I say matured, I meant in terms of footballing skills.
What they do in their spare and private time has nothing to do with us, as delectable as screwing old hookers may be.

its a cracking goal, but he was crap the rest of the match! and has been all season and world cup... perhaps he should have left utd in the summer... change of club might have done him good.

the goal was great, but i dont think it deserves its own thread. i have seen better. it was an overhead kick, its not as if he skinned 5 players or anything. ive seen mc court score better for celtic.

Well it does effect us, he was awful at the World Cup and been totally pap in the prem this season.
