'rootkit' - What do I do?

Hi Guys

Today I was working on some projects, and Avast pops up with this message...

I told it to do a boot scan and nothing was detected. So, am now doing a thorough scan with Avast!, any ideas?

ils.dll is related to "Windows Netmeeting", it is more than likely a false positive.

Other people with AVAST have also recieved this "ils.dll" as a suspicious file.
