Rotating a video clip

Evening

I've got some video footage of the kids from my digi camera (avi format), but I have foolishly taken them in portrait, so when I view them on the PC they are on their side.

Anyone recomend a free bit of software that I can use to rotate?

The new Picasa 3 beta includes the ability to rotate video. Not sure how good it is.

You could just put your monitor on its side
