Rotating and saving video files?

Hi all,

I did a lot of recording on my iphone this weekend but for some reasons some of the videos when playing back are the wrong way round. For example when playing back on the PC they are vertical instead of horizontal.

Is there any software I can use to rotate and save these the correct way? I know when watching on VLC player it rotates them but I want to upload to facebook and it uploads wrong still!

If you had a Mac this would be easy. You could try using Windows Movie Maker.
