Rough sounding engine?

Morning all,

Can't help but feel the engine in my 08 Fiesta ST is sounding a little rough. Not tappety or lumpy, just sounds dry.

It's had a major service just over a month ago including oil + filter, fuel filter, air filter and spark plugs. I've checked the oil this morning and it's got plenty.

People on the forum are saying HT Leads or Coil Pack could be the cause, as well as battery.

Can anyone on here shed any light?

Put a good quality video on youtube, would help diagnose the noise. Is it all the time? at idle? When hot or cold? What oil did the garage put in?

It sounds perfect first thing in the morning when I start it up but as the car warms up, sounds rough. I've no idea what they used but it was a Ford dealer so you'd have thought the right stuff.

I'll try and get a video.
