Hmmm... the problem really is the budget. I may see if I can stretch it for the PSU anyway, so that I can be ready to go when I get the money for the new cards.

I would wait until you are ready to buy the new cards, as in a few months, there will no doubt be some good bargains for Gpus and Psu.
 
Sigh something came up which took away half my budget, so it will be mid February now when I end up buying. Was hoping to post a photo of it all arriving but sadly not!

Does mean there may be some bargains on though, so I guess I will be waiting that little bit longer.
 
Yeah I spent about an hour looking. It shows in some reviews what looks like a very small tube of it. Or it could just be an empty syringe (it looks empty).
