I think you're a bit confused. Electronic roulette is only "rigged" in the sense that roulette in an actual casino is - by having a 0 (or two) on the wheel but essentially paying out bets at what the fair value would be in the absence of the 0(s).

Your statement that some sequence of spins can't happen is false.

You've played a machine that is designed to take your money, you've then lost money and are complaining about it. That seems pretty silly.

The routines have to be a shared with the gambling commission to prevent abuse. The odds for online roulette are no different for comparable tables at physical casino.
 
No chance they're rigged, they're not in your favour but people would be going to prison if they issued a rigged machine.
 
There not rigged?? they defiantly are over a month period of going 4 times a week and betting high in 8 and 11 and constantly constantly going on 30 (next door to both 8 and 11) it has to be rigged because it’s not possible one bit you have more chance of winning the lottery

It’s more random when you play small stakes but if you play for bigger you’ll see how often it goes next to your big money numbers
