Roundhay Park, Leeds (concerts)

anyone been here to watch concerts?
im going later in the year to watch robbie williams with the wife and my two kids (8 and 5) and i am a little concernd with their safety.
is it likly to be ok there or are there any safety issues i need to be aware of at this venue?

I've been a few times. I went to see MJ when I was a nipper. I never felt threatened, there was plenty of room for me.

Unless things have really changed since then I can't see there being a problem. Last time I went was 5 years ago though so I'd keep checking where you can.

i went to see 'genesis' when i was a lil kid.. pretty damn aright if u ask me.. with the added bonus that i used to live just 5 mins walk away in oakwood

We both got it wrong it was "ZooTV tour"

Nah, it was 1997 so it was Popmart. My Dad went with his mates. ZooTV was 1992.
