Router and port forwarding issue

I've just currenlt set up a zyxel router and it all working fine apart from on utorrent I'm getting port XXX not open. I've followed this guide to the letter clicky

but its still reporting the port is blocked.

I've created a static ip address within windows and placed that in the allow in the NAT field. I do use that Ip and not the "external IP".

Any help would be great thanks
