Im currently connected to Blueyonder using a WebSTAR DPX100 and a Netgear RP 114 Router.

Recently for no apparent reason iv started to loose connection to the Internet, seemingly random points, no particular time of day and after no set period of time and no particular activity.

The setup im using has worked fine for well over a year.

The only hint im given is this error the modem gives out, but i dont have a clue what it means and internet searches havent yeilded much usefull information. I was wandering if anyone knew a possible fix or reason.

BPI FLASH: The Mfg CA certificate not found!

Im unsure if its important but i do noticed the cable modem is still set back an hour and isnt yet BST, this started happening on Monday, 1 day after the change to BST.

Its also worth mentioning i did quickly try a second router i have aroudn which is a Belkin Wireless G HSM router, this also dropped conenction a short time into testting, although i did not check the modem log to see if it was a similar error.

Hmm not seen that error before. Try running the modem direct to a computer and see if it still happens. If it does, I would contact tech support.

Sorry i should have mentioned, i already have tryed that, it doesnt have any ill effects, works 100%, but when either of my two routers are attached it cant take it.

There is a when either of the two Routers i own are connected, i really think its a problem with the modem, but the question is how to prove it to Blueyonder.

Here is a screenshot of the Modem Log, it seems to unhelpingly delete records near to the time its reset it was reset at 19:29
If anyone can make any sense of it, please let me know.

Do Blueyonder own the modem, perhaps they have tried to push a firmware update and its not been succesful or they are working on their own hardware and the modems not happy.
