is the above router getting the most from Zen's Unlimited Fibre 2 package which is 76 down and 19 up.

Reading the above link it sounds like the ethernet ports are 100/10 so isn't that router bottlenecking my upload?

if that's correct would anyone care to recommend a good firbe/adsl router?

A 10/100 Ethernet port will run at 100Mbps (or 10Mbps) in both directions so you won't be limited.
