Last night I disconnected my virgin superhub router cables (coaxial lead, ethernet cable and power adapter) to move it to a different place on the desk. Ever since then I'm only getting the two green and one solid blue light on the side of the router to be stable without the ethernet cable connected, and I can get wireless to my laptop. But when I use the wireless, the lights start flashing again and I lose connection.
Also, when the lights are stable and I connect my ethernet cable into any of the four router sockets, the connection always disappears and the lights start flashing. This is even with my desktop PC switched off. I've reset the router with a pin but it didn't help.
Any ideas how to fix it? I've checked the coaxial connection, the pin at the end of the cable is definitely in the hole of the socket on the router and it's screwed as securely as I can make it. The pin looks a little bent but nothing that should affect the connection. The fact I'm getting a connection every now and then, I guess the coaxial is working.
